Opening adopting now.
Rebeccashe, you've forfeit your right to adopt for this round. Do not post your form again. Tiki wrote multiple times that adopting was closed, and yet you posted an adoption form. You knew it wasn't the right time.

Name: Liekki (Finnish for "Flame")
Breed:Cat
Age: 12 moons old (1 year old)
Why do you want this animal?&What will you do for this animal?: She just seems to have this burning spirit...... and a pelt to match it. ^-^ I am hopefully going to start working on my newest graphic novel, and I am looking for some more feline designs. It is quite hard to find quality ones that will fit with my story line! Plus, this cat will fit with my other character, Scorchedheart. Not as a mate, but an understanding friend. <3 This cats design seems to have some effort put into it, and it isn't a bunch of random scribbles, but rather yet a design with a meaning..... Where as the animals personality is reflected in it's pelt, similar to a fursona (This pet won't be my Fursona!) Outside of the book though, she will be a well cared for character. :3 It is very fun to draw her, and I have already drawn several pieces of her. (I haven't scanned them yet.)
Personality: Liekki is very withdrawn, and she trust no one but herself. After a hard life on the streets, she has learned to mistrust everyone. She may lash out, but sometimes will break down if she has a flashback of her cruel past.
Dislikes: Other cats (Especially Toms), tresspassers on her territory, rain, getting her feet wet, and Crowfood (Trash).
Likes: The Sun, the warmth and power of fire, peace and quite, the feeling of fresh grass benieth her feet, and cool fall nights.
~History/Backround~ WARNING! A little BLOOD IS IN THIS STORY, BUT IT ISN'T DESCRIPTIVE. JUST LETTING YOU KNOW.
Liekki shuddered as the cold wind and rain sliced through her pelt like a blade, the torrent of storms continued mercilessly as she tried to sleep in a dark corner next to a human's building. She wrapped her fluffy tail around her nose, trying to keep out the cool draft, when suddenly she heard a crash across the alleyway. She looked up, franticly searching the darkness for signs of life. Finally her gaze rested on two dark, sodden forms standing by a small metallic trashcan. She began to get up to try and run away, but the creatures both had already spotted her and trotted over to where she was. Once they drew near, she recognized two dark tabby pelt through the rain. It's Rat and Brick! Liekki thought in terror. They were like the rulers of the street, tormenting the other cats just so they could get what they wanted.
"Well, what do we have here?" said Rat as he approached Liekki.
"It's that scrappy old kit that we chased out of our place yesterday!" Brick hissed.
"P-P-Please..... I'm no threat to either of you..." Liekki replied shakily.
"Any cat that is in our territory and stealing OUR food is a threat!" Brick snarled in reply.
Rat calmly placed his tail on Brick's shoulder to calm him. "Brick, you must calm yourself." He whispered gently. Then he rested his icy blue gaze on Liekki.
Liekki knew what was happening. Rat always tried to act calm so he could gain the trust of the other cats and get them to let their guard down. But as soon as you turned your down, Rat would lash out, and you wouldn't know what hit you.
"I'm just leaving." Liekki said, trying to act calm as she got u.
"Oh no your not!" Growled Brick. "Not without being taught a lesson."
Liekki froze, and then looked to Rat. Surly he'll try to calm Brick again... she thought. But he didn't. He just sat there, and Liekki realized that he agreed with Brick. She quickly made a dash for the street, trying to get away from the two cat. She ran as fast as she could, but the two toms had been fed well and had strong muscles under their shaggy coat. She heard their paws thudding gently on the pavement behind her, when Brick reached forward and grabbed her by the tail, dragging her back. She suddenly found herself in a swirling mass of fur and claws as she struggled to free herself. Still the two toms worked together fighting tooth and claw. She yowled and screeched in pain, but she was helpless. The quick fight was over as soon as it had begun. Rat and Brick leaped away from her toward a small crate in the ally. Her head was spinning and she felt pain all over. Her tail, or what was left of it was covered in fresh blood. The then realized there was a large scratch across her left eye, and it throbbed painfully. She looked up at the toms, now cleaning the fresh blood off of the paws.
"Our work here is done." Rat replied icily as he stared at her once more with his powerful gaze.
They then walked away, leaving Liekki sitting in a pool of blood, in the cold, icy rain……

6 moons (months) later……

Liekki walked down the street, striding in confidence. The loud, angry buzz of human activity no longer bothered her. She turned into a small alleyway, then squeezed through a fence and into a human yard. She perked her ears up, listening for any sign of prey. She suddenly looked up to see a small sparrow resting in the holly bush nearby. She slowly crept up on it, though she didn’t know why she even bothered. Stupid city birds never paid attention anyway. With one leap, she jumped up and batted the surprised bird out of the bush, and into her waiting claws. She licked her mouth in content and began to eat. She sat up, hearing a sound right outside the fence. She walked over and hopped up onto the fence. She looked down to find a small she cat, no more than 7 moons old, digging through some small plants. Trespasser! Liekki thought with discontent. The she cat was white with a strange mix of fiery colors in her pelt. It actually seemed a bit similar to her own. She watched the she cat for a moment longer. She must be hunting…. Liekki growled to herself. She bunched up her muscles and leaped off of the fence, right onto the other cat’s back. The she-cat yowled in surprise at the sudden attack and crashed to the ground in a heap. Liekki held the trespasser down as she struggled, trying to escape. Then Liekki heard a shout.
“Scorchpaw? What’s going on back there?” it yelled.
“I’m under attack Gingertail!” Screeched the she-cat beneath Liekki’s claws.
Two cats scampered around the corner. One was a ginger and white she cat with deep gray eyes, which were now wide with fear. The other was a huge, muscular brown tabby tom, with striking amber eyes.
“We’re coming!” yowled the brown tom.
They both dashed forward, running right toward Liekki. Liekki’s eyes grew wide as she realized the two cats were going to attack her. She tried to scramble away back into the human’s yard, when the brown tom slammed into her side. Liekki screeched in pain as she fell sideways, crashing into the fence. She looked up, right into the tom’s amber gaze.
“Leave us alone!” He hissed
“As soon as you get off my territory!” Liekki yowled in defiance as she sprang up, ready to face the huge tom.
“Stop fighting, both of you!” said a voice from the other direction. Both Liekki and the tom turned around to face a black, white, and gray she-cat. The she-cat was obviously afraid, but she acted calm.
“My name is Snowsoot.” The grayish she-cat whispered calmly. “I’m sorry that my friends attacked you. We mean no harm. We are only passing through.”
“What! But this cat attacked US!” yelled the brown tom.
“Quiet Brackensky!” Snowsoot growled at the brown tom. “This cat just said we were trespassing on HER territory, so we have no right to be here anyway.”
“Yes, we are sorry for trespassing.” Said the ginger and white cat.
What!?! These cats are APOLOGIZING? I attacked them, and they’re acting like it’s their fault! What strange cats….. Liekki thought in surprise.
“I am Gingertail.” Said the ginger and white she cat. She then pointed her tail over to the cat Liekki had attacked. “That is Scorchpaw, and the brown tom is Brackensky if you haven’t already heard.”
“Why should I care who you are? Any cat that is in my territory and stealing MY food is a threat!” Liekki spat at them.
“Gingertail looked rejected and slowly padded away.
“You are welcome to stay with us if you would like. You know, as an apology.” Said Snowsoot.
Now these cats were inviting her to stay with them?!? Liekki thought again.
“Why should I trust you?” Liekki said.
“We promise, we would never hurt you!” Said Snowsoot.
“Well, you just did!” Liekki spat.
“Oh come on, it looks like you’ve been in plenty of fights. Looks like your used to being attacked.” Brackensky meowed.
Liekki growled at Brackensky, but she knew he was right. She did have a lot of battle injuries. But it was a hard life on the streets.
“So where are you from anyway?” Liekki questioned.
“We are from the woods…. Or we were anyway. We lived with for clans, united under Starclan.” Snowsoot said quietly. “We were driven out by a massive fire.”
“Do you have bees in your brain?!? This stupid she-cat doesn’t know anything about Starclan, or even the clans!” Laughed Brackensky.
Snowsoot swatted at him and growled. Liekki perked her ears up in surprise as he backed off a little bit.
“We would love to tell you some more about the, if you would like.” Snowsoot hesitated.
“I….. I guess so.” Liekki stuttered.
“Great! Why don’t you com back to camp with us…. Uh…….” Snowsoot started.
“It’s Liekki.” Liekki said calmly as she followed the new cats.
