Elizabeth walked up the hill and then she started running.

Landon looked at Silas, "Love birds?"

"Branwen," Maria said. "I named the black raven after the first part of my last name. Bran means raven or crow. When you combine 'wen', meaning 'blessed' or 'white', you got Branwen; Welsh Blessed White Raven."

"Ah. That's a pretty last name, from the meaning. But, why is it Welsh? Was your mother Welsh?" Landon asked, looking back at Maria.

((I've heard of him, just never really heard from him in a while nor have I interacted with him xD))

"Her father had a different last name, but he changed it to Branwen when he met my grandmother," Maria said. "So, you can say I'm part Russian, part Welsh, and part Greek."
