Is this adoption center partially dead? I have been stalking this form for a while now and no new litters have been out for a long time.

no new litters have been made yet- though td is still open. i think that's because after the hiatus, artists believed it was dead and haven't seen that td is now open again. - don't count on that theory though!

you can't reserve deer. you can subscribe to the topic or add it to your bookmarks so you know when there's a new post, though.
