I want to be a mod!
How often are you on? : im on about 3+ hours everyday, even when im sick/on vacation
How would people describe you? : I know most people say this, but I think people would say im kind, appreciative, and understanding. and to spice it up, I had a friend give an opinion and here's what she said:

Paola is a girl with a great sense of humor. She is also quite friendly towards people. She talks about things quite well when solving problems shes undertook. Paola is also rather resourceful in many types of situations. She is good at enforcing rules and won't hesitate to talk about something with rule-breakers or someone needing help.

Do you resolve conflicts between your friends often? How? : yes I usually do the conflict solving. normally when doing so I will have each person say what is making them mad, then have them both list things they could do to fix it. it usually works.
Are you a mod for anything else? : yes im a mod for aesse's heat foxes
Would you be willing to be involved in a moderator skype session? : yes i'd be more than happy too. believe it or not I actually quite enjoy talking in groups.
Are you willing to pitch new ideas? : of course! what would be the point of being a mod if you didn't help?
Will you be active both here and on the deerssert site? : I am very active on here, but I really need to work on being active on the website.
Do you already have an account on the deerssert site? (if so please link) : I did have an account before I posted this form, and actually went to go get the link, but I forgot my username (go figure) and was forced to make a new one. anyway, here is my /new/ account! erm.. so i guess there's two websites? and i guess i didnt forget my username because i never had an account on the website above. im still going to keep it there because i don't know which one is the most used website, but heres my "other" account
