Second opinion plz!

The first one is unfair to you because of the dates on the two pets. The items (after a long trek through the archives) are within 3 months of each other and are from 2012, although their item is from December (Christmas) and yours is from Halloween (October). I don't know about the demand of these two items, however, so the logic of my argument could be wrong because of that.

Second one I believe is overpay and unfair to them because the "How Much is My Pet Worth in C$?" Thread values late 2010 rares as 15+ C$. However this is with no demand factored in. Sitting/warrior cats appear to have a ton of demand, so that's for you to decide if you want to accept or not.
