Why Do You Want This Character?
When I first saw her, I really wasn't interested. Her design was bland and I really didn't feel drawn to it at all. After revamping her, I felt slightly more drawn to her. The longer I saw her sitting in the kennels, the more I knew I just HAD to try out for her.

Where Will You Use Her and What Will You Use Her For?
I will mainly get art of her and may write up stores of her. I will use her here on CS and may get art of her on DA, though this will be rare. I will put her on my weebly character site alongside all of my other pony characters, too.

Personality:
A lover of the gothic and punk-rock fashion styles, Titanium Arrow may come across as scary or intimidating upon first glance. If one gives her a chance, however, one will find that she is very sweet and caring to most everyone. She is, unfortunately, almost always late to functions, even if she knows what time she's supposed to be at each - she tends to oversleep after staying up all night long playing music with her friends or writing poetry by herself. She is a very artsy type, and enjoys being creative. She isn't the most lazy pony around, and enjoys being energetic. Her favorite sport is running, and she'll often do this with her pet and best friend, Flower Sprout.

Why Do You Want This Character?
When I first saw her donated, I really did like her, but I liked other characters more, so I decided to try out for them instead of her. Every time I scrolled through the kennels and saw her joyful face peering out, I felt a tug at my heart, so I decided to finally try out for her this round!

Personality:
Flower Sprout is very energetic, and loves to run and jump. She is extremely active, and loves to race her best friend, Titanium Arrow. As energetic as she is, she is even more so a happy wolf. Flower Sprout always tries her hardest to keep her spirits up, as she hates feeling sad or depressed. While she's not the sharpest tool in the shed, she doesn't mind that she's not intelligent, and rather focuses on other happier things than her lack of knowledge on some topics. She's not very creative and doesn't enjoy writing or making music, like her friend Titanium. She prefers to be active, engaging in sports and other energizing activities that push her limits.

History:
Flower Sprout raced alongside her as she galluped in a rush to band practice. "We can't be late!" she coughed out between gasps of air. "We've got to make it to this meeting!"
Flower Sprout nodded, narrowing her eyes as she sped up, passing the pony.
The equine narrowed her eyes in determination, trying her hardest to speed her pace. She could not, and fell behind her canine companion, who ultimately made it to the open garage before her. "Sorry I'm late, everypony!" she panted, heaving in gulps of air as she tried to get her breath back.
"You okay, Titanium Arrow?" asked Inky Heartswell, who was sitting in a beanbag in the corner, jotting down notes with her leaf-shaped pen, her white wings curled tightly at her sides.
"Yeah, I'm fine," she responded, finally getting her breath back.
Flower Sprout nudged the peach pony's hoof, looking up in a worried manner.
"Seriously, I'm fine," she said with a smile, ruffling the fur on the top of her pet's head. "All right, everypony, let's get started!" She smiled as she threw her head, flicking her mane back out of her pale green eyes. "So, today we're - "
"Get back here, Windy!"
"You'll never catch me, Azalea!"
"Wait up for me, guys!"
"We're not waiting for anyone, StarWon!"
"Children! Get back over here where I can see you!"
Titanium Arrow sighed, putting a hoof to her temples. "I'll be right back. It appears I need to settle something." She turned and trotted out of the garage, screeching to a sudden halt as Windy Lace, Azalea, and Starlit Wonders zoomed past her, followed by an enraged Janessa. "Yo!" Titanium said, yelling loud enough to be heard over the din.
Every single pony screeched to a halt and glanced back at her with a worried expression.
"I know y'all are playing around, and that's great...but we're TRYING to have band practice, so keep it down." Turning to Janessa, she smiled at her friend. "Hideeho, neighbor. I'm really grateful for you looking after the youngsters on the block, and you do a great job of it...but please keep them on a tight leash, okay?"
Janessa nodded. "Of course, Titanium."
"Thanks." Smiling, she nodded and then turned, trotting back into the garage to where the band was waiting. "As I was saying before, everyone, band practice has now begun. Inky, you'll be keeping track of everything that happens here, as well as attempting to write us a new song. I'll help you with the song if I have time later, okay?"
The white pegasus nodded, using her hoof to brush her mint-green mane out of her face. "Of course, Titanium."
"Quiet Stanza, as you know, you're our main music writer as well as keyboardist. I know you prefer a real piano over this fake synthesizer, but it's all we've got for now, so I'm sorry but you'll just have to stick with it until we get some more money."
The brown alicorn nodded, readjusting her blue blanket. "Of course. I understand."
"Symphony for an Orchestra, you're normally a conductor for classical symphonies, right?"
The grey pegasus nodded. "Yup. I do play the violin, too," he said, smiling as he looked lovingly over at Quiet Stanza. "She says she loves my performances."
"He plays excellently," she said, nodding her head with a smile.
"Great. You're hired," said Titanium, nodding at the two lovebirds. "Anypony else know of anyone we can add to the band?"
"We need a singer," said Inky, standing up. "I can't sing, as you know - my talent is writing. I'm not the best when it comes to voice."
"Do you know of anypony who'd be willing to join our band who CAN sing?" asked Titanium as she began to pace in thought.
"Yes," said Inky, smiling. "The girl who lives across the street from me sings beautifully."
"Great." The peach pony nodded. "Invite her to the next band session, please. Anyone else have any ideas?"
Symphony for an Orchestra raised his hoof. "I know a pony who loves to play the harp and lyre. She is absolutely amazing - she plaid in one of my orchestras once, and her solo left the crowd in tears of joy."
"Great! She's hired. Make sure she's here next band session. Any other ideas?"
"Could I join?" squeaked a high-pitched voice of a child.
Looking down, Titanium smiled as she looked at the white and blue filly. "And what would you do, Windy Lace?"
"I could make costumes."
Titanium had to concentrate very hard to not roll her eyes. "We really don't use costumes in this band, Windy...but thanks for the offer anyway."
"I don't make much - bandanas and stuff. Really, I don't know how to make anything elaborate, but I'd love to help."
Titanium had to restrain herself from rubbing her temples once again. "Inky? Could you please help me out here?"
Inky trotted over to the filly, laying down beside her so that she was eye-to-eye with the child. "Windy Lace, we'd love to have your help. We really don't know what our costumes are going to be yet, though, so we need someone to design them. We don't want something elaborate or fancy or over-the-top - we just want something simple that won't take too long to put on before every show. Could you figure out something that would be perfect for the band?"
"Of course!" she squeaked, smiling happily. "Could I ask my friends for help?"
"Sure," Inky said, rubbing the filly's head as she stood. "You can recruit Azalea and Starlit Wonders, if you'd like, but please leave Janessa out of this. She has her hooves full all ready looking after you three and working as a nurse as well."
"Okay!" Windy Lace said, her entire face bright. "When should I have the designs ready?"
"Two weeks from now should be fine," Inky said, looking back at Titanium for verification.
Titanium nodded. "Two weeks is all you get, kid."
"Great!" she cheered, racing out of the garage. Seconds later she raced back. "Thanks so much!" she said, giggling before she raced back out to tell her friends the good news.
"You handled that well," Titanium said, smiling at the white pegasus.
Inky blushed. "I'm just good with kids."
"Well, that concludes our band meeting, everypony! We'll meet next week to see the new members! If anyone can think of anypony else to bring, please bring them."
During the next week's band meeting, Apolinaria showed up first, alongside Symphony for an Orchestra. At her side was a mint-colored pony with gorgeous, dark curls. He was dashing and handsome, and Titanium felt her heart flutter at the sight of him. "Hi," she said, walking over to the group. Looking at the golden lyre beside the blue and purple alicorn, she knew that the female was the one whom Symphony for an Orchestra had spoken of. "You must be the one who's excellent with strings," she said, smiling at the newcomer.
The alicorn nodded her head, the pearls around her neck clicking together slightly. "Yes, I have been playing since I was a filly. I absolutely love music, and would love to be in your band."
"We'd be honored to have someone as prestigious as you join us," Titanium said, smiling once again. Turning to the mint-colored stallion, she addressed him next. "You, sir, were not mentioned last band session. Are you here to try out for something?"
"No, no," he said, chuckling in amusement. "My name is Spearmint, and I'm just here for Apolinaria. I have no musical talent of my own."
"What is your talent, then?"
"I make mint chocolate."
"Ah, hense the sprig of mint as a cutie mark," Titanium reflected, nodding as she felt her mind make itself up. This guy was taken, so he was off the list and unavailable. "So, Spearmint, if you make chocolate, why are you here? I mean, you can't JUST be supporting Apolinaria."
"I'm her special somepony, thus, I AM here supporting my girl." He protectively put a hoof around her neck, a determined look on his face. "Am I not welcome here?"
"Of course not!" Inky interjected, scooting in front of Titanium before she responded again. "Everypony is welcome here, musically talented or not. You can sit in the corner with me on the beanbags while they practice and I can ask you about the music. I'm trying to write a new song, and I really need an objective viewpoint."
"Sure, I'll help. Thanks for being so nice."
