I find that picking unique and names you don't here that often or at all, helps a lot. It's also cool to have the name mean something related to the Belldee (ex: light blue Belldee, name that means "ice" or "frozen").

everyone meet Markus. He's my staff custom from my stay as
a mod here. Markus is a fun and adventurous Belldee with a wild
side a mile long who loves getting into new adventures and kinda
specializes in bringing kids dreams of great adventures! (: I think
I would be interested in getting an RP for him to help with a
bit of development but I'm not looking for many and I'll probably
be a bit picky c:
I'll also probably do a massive question drop for him and Exo at
some point tomorrow (:
