Once plumerians mate it's for life, so you have to think carefully before mating them (as it says on the nursery thread I believe)
If a Plumerian changes ownership then you can break them up, and possibly in individual cases if you have serious issues with the other user, but generally not. You have to be really certain you want them mates before you do so. ^^
I'm traveling til Friday w/ no access to my tablet!

Mostly quitting CS; I'll check messages on occasion but DA or Skype is probably a better place to contact me.

Yes possibly- again it'd be on an individual basis though. ^^
