How will you act with this job:
Well most of the time I'm very mature and under control and that's bound to follow me here. I have strong leadership instincts which help when trying to get to the bottom of an argument or keeping people in line. I'm also very friendly and really easy to get along with and hardly ever in a bad mood.

What do you think your duties will be:
Helping the general community, answering any and all questions or giving them links where the answer can be found (posting the answer for everyone to see incase someone might have the same question but were too afraid to ask), helping with any events or programs, giving my input and ideas on different matters, dealing with any "issues" that may arise, helping organize anything, and the list could go on and on

What special qualities do you have to offer:
I'm very organized and love to keep things clean, clear and to the point. I listen to both sides of a disagreement to understand what happened and to help come to an understanding. Creativity is one of my better qualities and I love to come up with different ideas and listen to other users ideas. Like I said before I'm friendly and really easy to get along with.

Have you been a moderator for anywhere else:
Yes for several role plays on another site which have sadly run their term and ended. Currently I'm a moderator for Whispering Valley Equestrian and I'll be a moderator for my own adoptable once I end my Lineart competition.

What excites you about this job:
I love these lines and I'd love to be able to help this community out any way I can even if I dont get the job

*Participating in events,
*Encouraging this species to grow/thrive/develop/sustain in anyway I can,
*If I've missed anything, I'll most likely be happy to add it and do it!

What special qualities do you have to offer:
*I feel I am experienced; being on Chicken Smoothie for a long time (I used to have a previous account from 2010/11, but then I had password and email problems so it was easier and better for me to start afresh.) so I have had my own problems and found solutions and I also know my way around the site so hopefully I can gift my experience with anybody who needs it.
*I also consider myself experienced and proficient in thinking outside the box - I can find the most beneficial solution to a conflict, I can find the easiest way to solve a problem.
*Another is that I constantly rethink and consider every action I make, and make sure that what I say gets all the information across in the politest and efficient way possible; and if I am uncertain about something (an example is if I do not have all the information) I am unashamed to ask for help.

Have you been a moderator for anywhere else:
I have been, but it was more then 9-24 months ago so I would consider that it didn't count, as I have not only changed as a person, but also I can barely remember the adopts and I don't think I would be able to get a link for you.

What excites you about this job:
Being apart of the community as much as possible, and helping to encourage it to grow,

How will you act with this job: I will be as mature and fair as I can, but all so kind and fun.
What do you think your duties will be: To monitor the main thread as well as the Belldees and deal with anyone who breaks the rules fairly and maturely.
What special qualities do you have to offer: I'm super friendly, I pay a lot of attention to details, I'm super nice so if someone breaks the rules I'm not going to yell at them but I will do my best to explain to them what rule they broke and how to avoid breaking it in the future. I am homeschooled so I often have a Ton of free time to monitor threads.
Have you been a moderator for anywhere else: Yes, a long time ago but I can't remember the adoption centers name, (They shut down) sorry.
What excites you about this job: I haven't been involved in a species for a long while, and I miss being part of a friendly, loving staff, as well I miss helping people out with any and all problems. I am all so excited about all the different people I will meet!

How will you act with this job: I'll try to be friendly and kind, but don't overlook me. I WILL enforce the rules - very strictly, too.
What do you think your duties will be: Making sure everything is in order, answering any question anyone may have, and enforcing the rules.
What special qualities do you have to offer: I am very observant, and always check back. I'm a master thread stalker, so I'll most likely see the questions right away. I'm on every day, even when I'm at school //explains why I'm failing -shot-
I'm also somewhat strict when it comes to enforcing rules, so I'll lay down the law quickly, but not so much that it seems like I'm trying to hold people down. I'm usually very understanding, and if you feel that I've done you wrong somehow, feel free to PM me and discuss it with me! I'm also pretty polite, and try not to hold grudges. I'm never biased; you're either following the rules or you're not, end of story.
