I finally completed it after getting my Chibi Painter up and running again after it being down for a while.

#1: White Pup with light and dark blue spots.
#2: Pink Pup with darker pink swirls.
#3: Black & White checkered Pup.
#4: Yellow Pup with dark yellow details
#5: Dark Blue Pup with spots ranging from yellow to white, which resembles the starry night sky.
#6: ^The Opposite to #5^ Light blue Pup with green grass, a yellow sun, a daisy, and white clouds.
#7: Neon green Pup with "LOL" written on it.
#8: Dark red Pup with X's and O's.
#9: Dark orange Pup with a smiley face.

My favorites are #5 & #6.
