"Your clan?" Moon asked, wide-eyed. "That's what you call it? Interesting!" She had forgotten about Maplepaw for the time being and was looking at Spottedstar like she was insane, or something. "So like you all live together?"

Moon thought for a second, remembering what little her parents had told her about this sort of thing. She had believed it was just a story, basing it off of their names, but now she wasn't so sure. "Did... Did you know two cats, one named Lilyleaf, and the other Wolfclaw?" Her parents had been named Lily and Wolf, according to what they had told her, but in their stories, her and her siblings were Moonkit, Sunkit, and Starkit, and they had been Lilyleaf and Wolfclaw. So now she wondered. They told of cats who had 'paw' endings, and this couldn't be a coincidence, the fact that Maple was Maplepaw, and there was a clan in this forest... Just like the stories.

Maplepaw jumped out of the tree. He ran back to find Moon again, he felt the most safe around her. The Tom saw her after a bit of running, then seeing his leader.
