Would anybody be willing to allow me to breed from there mares or stallions? I can pay.

I would, though you can't pay me for the use, if you like the mares/stallions I have up for free use, you never pay! I'd be happy to do the breeding for you though. :3 You could pay me for that. ;3

Customs happen on rare occasions, such as artists making themselves one, or for winning a contest (for example, a custom WTE is a prize in the CWHR Mustang Makeover competition).
We will do another re-adoption event soon, but unless I get another staff to host it again, it will have to wait until I'm done with my new updates.
As far as gifting, currently no, but the ones that were not readopted may be put up again for another readoption round.
