Hm, well, you could accomplish a similar effect on GIMP or Oekaki, it would just look slightly different. ;D

Scamps and Joltdoom explained buckskin pretty well, so I won't repeat them. xD
For Grulla, I would:
-Take a light brown brush and color in the horse.
-Then, set the opacity to about 30%, and select a darker brown. Color over the rump, neck, and legs until you have the desired shades. If you want, you can take a lighter brown and brush gently over the shoulders and belly.
Something like that should work. xD
