What would you do if someone spammed?: I'd explain what they did to spam to them. They get a warning the first time, and I'll tell you if they do it another time.
What would you do if someone stole the lines?: Notify you immediately and tell the thief that the lines are stolen and you have been notified.
What would you do if someone cut off the "n."?: I'd notify you and ask the person to add it back on.
