I see that the winners were chosen but there is no winners listed on the second post.. Also, is this an ongoing thing or is it just when you need artists?

Winners were listed in an individual post, which is on the last page, which you can see. (I didn't edit the second post because most people just looked at the last page).

This is not ongoing. We won't need artists for awhile, but we may reopen it down the track. :)
