I don't see any rules regarding limits on how many Heat Foxes one could own, but that made me wonder, are we permitted to apply for more than one at the same time? And, if we are, will we be judged based on that fact or only allowed to win one of them at a time? I rather fancy more than one that is currently available, but don't want to ruin my chances for one if I attempt to apply for another.

You can Absolutely try to get multiple at once, if they are up.
However, we will concider this and if there is an app just slightly worse than yours, or just as good, we will more than likely give it to the other person, to stay fair ;D
