Hmm, I could try and give you some tips? I'm still learning myself, but here you go. ; o ;

The neck should not be so long (especially for one with a small body frame) and the shoulders should be wider so they can support the head. I can't really say anything about the hands, but I know some beginning artists purposely hide them (draw them behind the back, etc.) to avoid drawing them, but to improve, you gotta practice 'em!

The legs... look rather disconnected. I would suggest looking up pictures of the human body to practice with? Even a simple google image search should be fine.
