I watched Marie and Freedom, still struggling on getting her moving. Marie had pulled out some treats and Freedom took a few steps forward, but balked again when Marie gave a little tug. Freedom was clearly a little frustrated, and she put her foot down on the ground a little harder and jerked her head down a little. I decided to bring Loose into the barn and led him over. I noticed some other guys in the barn. "Hey there!" I called.

Elijah heard someone yell and turned to see a guy with his horse, "May I help you?"

hello, bonjour
please call me believe
herro der mes amis, i am believe. proud canadian, ottb loving, colt breaking, nfr dreaming. pictured on the left is my racetrack reject, landofmakebelieve, aka molly, moo, shmoo, whatever name comes to mind x] molly is a 10 year old canadian bred thoroughbred mare, and standing at about 16.2hh, we look a little wonky when we chase cans, but la dee da that's alright. molly and i tried several disciplines. i tried desperately to get her to catch on to dressage, but unfortunately, she still has the race bred mind and is all go. however, together we found a discipline which we could both enjoy; western gaming. this summer we started travelling to barrel races locally. our current record on a standard size pattern is 17.314 and we are improving with every run. and to all the low budget barrel racers out there such as myself, a word of advise; chin up darling. you may not have a million dollar mount under your butt, but you and your crossbred, rejected, hard headed, rescue baby can do it. you know why? cause those girls sitting in their custom circle y's, upon shiny, top of the line mounts are full of themselves. they think there's no way they can lose. they get cocky. stay humble, believe in yourself, in your horse, and most importantly ride your little heart out.

"Well, hey, um, well, me and my sister just got here, so, I'd like to know where we can go. I'm Maverick, and this is one of our horses, Loose, a Knabstrupper. My sister, Marie is outside with our other horse, Freedom, who is still just a filly to be trained yet."

Tide
He stayed enjoying the rubbing. He felt it move upward to his head. He pinned his ears a bit, not sure what she was going to do. He left them pinned but didn't do anything.
Sara
I thought that was a good note to end on. I didn't want to over do it. "Whoa there handsome " I said to Ramen. As I looped up the reins as I walked to him. When I got to him. I gave him a good pat on the neck. "That was very good. Will stop here. How about a nice drink of water and a good brushing. But I expect improvement after a few times. " I add that last part just be silly. I was very happy with him right.

"I just got here myself, sorry," Elijah said.
Nicole stopped moving up his neck whenever he pinned his ears but kept rubbing.
Klaus leaned against a fence and watched her call their training to an end.

Ramen rubbed against her gently with his head, rubbing his spot and foam all over her top. It was a Dutch gag with a twisted mouthpiece so it wasn't the kindest but but it wasn't overly harsh. His last owners just beloved that the stronger bit would stop him from being naughty but it obviously didn't work.

I laughed at him, then noticed the bit. "Maybe I'll try a softer bit on you this not seem necessary" I reached up and pulled off the bridle. I laughed at him and huged his face. Kissing his forhead. "Come let's go." I said walking over and picking up the halter.
Tide
He slowly rised his ears up and and he turned his head are at here he had one blue eyes that was on the black side of his face and the other was normal. He snorted and shook his head.

"Oh, well, maybe we can find someone to help us out." I walked outside with Loose again, seeing that Marie was still trying to lead Freedom around.
