A Public Witness wrote:It was a normal day until we noticed all the balloons floating down from the sky. It surprised us even more when we notice there were cats on top of them! And these weren't ordinary cats either! Everyone of them had strange patterns and beautiful colours on their fur. We were just shocked and awed by the sight of them.
- Welcome to the BK adoption centre!
After much research and cooing over a mother and her kits it was decided that a single adoption centre would be opened so that the public could have a chance at welcoming a Balloon Citty into their lives.
So how does one adopt a Balloon Kitty?
Good question. Before we can put Kitties up for adoption we must first capture them from floating about in the wild which is a long and hard task to start with. Then the captured Kitties are taken into the back of our centre where they will be analysed whether they are safe to go to a public home or not. After being cared for awhile in our facility, the Balloon Kitties will go up for adoption in little groups usually in threes. When they go up for adoption a form will be available for you to fill in. Please follow all of our adoption centre rules and whatever notes that are put up with the litter if you wish to adopt a balloon kitty.

• Be respectful to everyone.
• Please don't spam with or 1-2 words per post but you can mark.
• Use child-friendly words/ language at all times.
• Do not take someone else's Kitty or claim them as your own, this is art theft.
• Please do not remove the link to your Kitty, try to spread the word!
• Please do not ask to be staff or mini mod, I will put up applications when I need staff.
• First come, first serve, do not complain if you do not get one, this is considered spam

• You are expected to remain active and do your job.
• Do not feel superior or boss anyone around because you are staff, try to set an example.
• Staff cannot do code drops without my permission.
• Co-Owners cannot hire/fire staff.
• Do not make/do raffles without my permission.
• If you have to go on holidays or are unable to access the computer, notify me.
• You cannot reserve from litters unless you are the artist.
• If an artist is unable to animate, PM me the image of a BK for me to animate it for you.
