He grinned happily, now looking at Maplefrost. " Nice place isn't it? " he mewed while gazing around him. " We should go find a den before all the good ones are taken. " he mewed before turning to face Maplefrost. Unaware of how close he was standing to Maplefrost he turned around only to be centimetres away from Maplefrost's face. His face heated up slightly before backing away only to trip over a fallen branch and fall backwards onto his rump. His face was now completely red from embarrassment as he stared down towards the ground. He cleared his throat before standing up again except he kept his gaze towards the ground. He hated it when he made a fool out of himself.

" he mewed looking up at Sandstripe then back down at the kit before frowning slightly. " You got to be kidding, why would a newborn kit run off like this?!? " he stressed, worried why this kit was here. " Hopefully someone comes and gets him " he mewed, raising an eyebrow before further inspecting the kit.

He mewed and batted at Robintails paw. He smiled and looked up at Robintail. He mewed again, then mewed again, as if he was trying to say something. He tried again, coughing the spitting out a word. "Ugh."

He followed her. Resting beside and nuzzling her shoulder. "I love you Cherryfeather." He meowed with a smile.

He felt the small kit moving around on his back and he checked on them, using his nose to gently shift them, hoping to help calm them back down to sleep. "sssh, it's alright ... we're going to find your brother, and then we'll find a safe place for you and your siblings to rest ..." he coed softly, now looking forward as he scanned the area for any sign of the run away Kit.

He flinched when he saw SilverBreeze fall over, quickly hurrying over to his side. "A-Are you alright?" he asked nervously, using his tail to gently brush off any dust from the white male's fur. He was still blushing from earlier, and also now due to how close the other's face was to his for a moment.

" Err..... Yeah I'm fine... " he mewed in response. Attempting to change the subject he put a small grin on his face and began to speak " Umm, we'd better go find a den. Rather not get some old, musty dirt hole for a den. " he chuckled nervously, avoiding the tom's gaze. He glanced at Maplefrost's face for a second, taking in his features, making himself grin wider. He very well noticed the blush that dusted the cheeks of the violet-eyed tom, making him have a full on smile. He really did enjoy this tom's company. He knew he was growing a very unhealthy fondness for this cat, which he didn't mind. He eventually gained some dignity to speak again " Hopefully there's another creek around here, you still need to know how to swim properly " he mewed giving Maplefrost a playful grin, still a blush on his face.
