Yes I read the rules beforehand.
But regarding my strengths and weaknesses, Hrmm that's really a tough one cause as an artist we're not perfect beings that make perfect designs every time. We have our ups and downs as goes for every person, but to point out my flaws I guess I could put them like this;

Strengths:
-natural colors
-white in overlay *gosh golly I love that on designs*

Weaknesses:
-coming up with a design on the spot *usually I'd need time and something to go off of*

And honestly, that's all I can think off the top of my head about my art designing strengths and weaknesses. But, you should be able to pinpoint those yourself by just looking at my artwork and making a judgement call of your own, which as being the judge your opinion is greater over my own.

Only if the position is offered and your hiring in that category. I would accept if offered but I won't ask as that seems rude and unprofessional on my part as it's taking advantage of the opportunity I'd be given.

I've worked on adopts before (mockingjays & cythus & the mithrellian, although those petered out a year or two ago, unfortunately), and just started my own, the tornellians.

Design examples:
Most of what's on my characters page, my gallery, although that's kinda old- I took about a year's hiatus, so most of those are pretty old- and my adoptables. But I'm most proud of this and this and this and this.

Common & Uncommon, 1 custom & three adopts
Personally, I'm decent in designing characters in general, and drawing accessories. I'm a mouse artist at the moment, though, because my tablet broke, so complex hair, wings etc are a bit beyond me.

I can make plumes based on animals, common and uncommon plumes. I cannot make rare or very rare plumes as a GA as well as only create 3 Plumes + a GA custom <3
My strong points in designing is working with detailed swirl patterns and using the smoothing tool and spray tool. My weak points has to be color mixing, which is why when I create a design I use colourlovers . com for a pallet so I wont have to create an adopt that Isn't an eye sore.
