Possibly!
Adoptable babies are less common than adults, as most babies created are from a user's pairing, and thus are usually kept or gifted. There will be some for adoption from time to time, though! It all depends on what the owner(s) wish to do with the babies, and if an artist wants to create adoptable babies/orphan clutches.

There wasn't much pre-planning for the event (and during that time many members of staff were very busy with life) so it never really got started, although it will become a thing for the next 4th of July and the years to follow it. c:

Hey guys, while we really appreciate your suggestions for events, we have already had some of these suggestions a few times! I quite like the idea of a Halloween event myself, but it's up to Pachoo, and whether or not the other staff are on board. ;3
