"Hi~ Though the species may look similar, Guardians did not copy them. You can't copyright a feature, such as having a tail or a a horn. They are two different species that have one or two common features- it's not counted as copying."

I was co-owner and owner of a few species that were highly unpopular, barely even heard of around CS, if heard of at all.

I'm usually on daily, multiple times a day.

Polietly ask why/how an artist was unfair before speaking to the artist to get every side of the story. From there I would check out the thread accused of being unfair and assess from there. If found to be unfair I will politely discuss it with the artist as well as report it to Kirarya.

Check both species carefully and assess from there. If it is extremely similar I will discuss the situation with Kirarya, if there are few similarities I will politely tell the user that, while there may be similarities the Stardust Guardians are in fact not a copy of another species.

Every complaint filed to me will also be reported to Kirarya, with a status report to show the progress of my handling the situation.

i own these, though they may be sold I am currently being a secretary for my friends art, finding her orders and booking them and getting prices.

I am on quite a bit, at least seven hours each day. Though I do go to school, but I have time between everything, getting most of my work done in class. I also may, not for sure yet, be getting a puppy so I will be down to four or five hours a day.

Please do not complain, everyone has an equal chance at winning. The artist has chosen the best person to own the character. Everyone has there own guardian waiting on them, yours will be made soon, and when it is your time to shine and win will come.

If I may be linked to your species? Though are species has similar traits, you are not entitled to own those specific traits, as your species has traits that many others have used including us. If you still have a complaint I can consider conversating with my other mods, but I'm not promising any change of the species or my response.
