I'd like the main coat color to be white. This scribble shows sort of what I have in mind for the design:

Basically the orange and medium turquoise done in splotches across the back, with a few random bits speckling out. That would be outlined in black, not an exact outline but something more splotchy, also with random speckles. The mane and tendrils should be a deeper turquoise. The tail fluff is the deeper turqoise with medium orange streaks running through it. The ends of the tendrils should be orange. The floaty can just be a glowing bright orange, same as all the other bits that are blue in the main lineart. C: The eyes should be the brighter orange.
