Greek roots, means "creeping seizer".

Menoraptor
Means "moon seizer", I love the idea of them catching the moon and that's why they glow. c:

Cristobator
Roughly means "crested hero".

Might I recommend making the back of the neck/skull area a bit thinner? It looks quite heavy as it is now.

there's not much i can do line edit-wise cause there are so many layers, but i see what you mean. :O iono, it might just be how i draw dragons, but i tend to give em a thick neck xD i think it looks good :B
