I don't really look at the rarity information on the first page i just ask to make a Pinna and see what rarity I get

They are But Anna says, That artist must ask her to make a very rare. Because its a 5 out of 100 Chance of the pinna to become VR. Not meaning to be rude i just read everything so ya.
