Why do you want to be a Toxic runner Artist? Oh gosh. I absolutely love the idea, personally, and I think the species is a wonderfully creative idea.
Do you have any experience with designing? ah, yes I've been making my own characters and a few rl friends characters for about 2 years now. I have also helped my glorious friend Cat with her adoption center.
How long are you on the computer per day? How many days a week? Mm let's see. For the majority, I'm on mostly any day besides Tuesday and Wednesday, though weekdays are a bit busy for me, as are Saturdays. But unless I have no internet I can get on every day for at least an hour.
Will you be able to be an active artist? I will try my hardest.
Anything else? I apologize for the lack of cover and form before - I was quite busy and didn't have time to fix it.
