Moderator privileges:

- enforce rules (if whatever they're doing consists, report. of course, reporting is for everyone, and no user can change that, not even me.)
- may or may not get free art from me of their characters if I see they're working hard *wink wink*

Artist privileges:
- The same as Mods, but accepting forms and enforcing rules is a part-time job.

You may name it whatever you like, and you may SLIGHTLY modifiy it, but don't make it TOO different from the original thing. What's the point of taking it if your just gonna change it up so much it looks like a rabbit and not a cat? (yes its a cat). This rule applies to ALL characters, not JUST this one. Other then that, knock yourself out, but not literally (obviousness).
