Instead of going out to get candy, she's stay at home and pull playful pranks on the trick-or-treaters. Though Jackie likes to pull her more tougher pranks on her close friends. Jackie also is very sociable, always looking for new friends to make.
A couple negative traits about Jackie is that she can get really greedy, especially with candy. She hates sharing with anyone, though she doesn't know why. Another negative trait Jackie has is that sometimes she plays favorites with her friends, which usually leads to drama among her cliche.

Picadilly always felt out of place. He had trouble getting to know people, because they always had a tendency to judge him based on first impressions, and often wanted little to nothing to do with him. After a while, he learned to revel in the attention, whether it was positive or negative, discovering that he had a knack for showmanship.
He went about finding others who felt just as singled out and invited them to join him in his travels, little skits and engaging in amusing antics for crowds, much like clowns in the circus.

This was tough to judge but I've finally decided on Utterpsychosis. Congrats, I love the personality you wrote out for him and I especially like the name.
