The mighty tom Hawkstar looked down at his clan, hoping more cats would join soon. He noticed the two beautiful she-cats Whisperclaw and Fallenpetal though. He didn't know which one his heart beated for. They would have to just win him over.

Fallenpetal yawned, waking up and stretching. The shecat wondered if she should ask Hawkstar if he wanted to share the vole she had next to her with her. She shrugged, smiling. The pretty shecat with whisp like fur got up and padded over to the leader. "Hello, Hawkstar." she meowed, dipping her head to the leader. She set the vole down, "Would you like to share this vole with me?" she asked, smiling. She was in a very good mood and surprisingly had the courage to talk to Hawkstar.
