corgie usually just chooses whether or not to make it non-owner only with whatever she's feeling ^^ she could do it just out of someone asking, but i can't promise that aha. the next non-owner could be literally at any time. there's no real telling when the next one will be until corgie posts it.

I probably won't be releasing another one next, since I just released a non-owner litter. You'll just have to wait and see or try your best for the ones everyone can apply for.

Also, I suggest everyone only adopts bears they like since I may add a 15 bear limit, and if you get 15 bears then you'll only be able to adopt from events, etc.
