What would you do if someone was advertising/spamming the thread?: I would give them a strike and tell them if they want to advetice they can just ask to be a afernit!

Give me an example or be descriptive about how you will organize who has what BKs: I will provide image links to the BKs and URLs to the user's profile sort of like this:
Will you add an individual post for each use and their BKs and an organized list of members on the first post, along with their username, ranks, and for the BKs: name, gender, rarity, and whether it was adopted, gifted(by who), traded(with who?), bred or customized?: Yup!
Will you be active on this forum?: yes.
