Of course! But adoptions are competitive, so you'll usually have to put effort into adopting or get lucky!
Simply look at the front page, under " Regular Adoptions " or "Babies for Adoption" and click on any of the images that interest you.
Make sure that parrapup's contest is still open, and then fill out the form to adopt! Also please make sure to read the rules at the front.
The better you make your form the higher a chance you have of winning the character.
