I mean that it takes time to change the title and before you order you need to read the rules and the signs that say closed by the order section

WW Has a TON of orders to do, so I think she meant on closing. But, as I know well, just because something is closed doesn't mean I have the time to close it. Or in this case, WW is VERY busy, so she might not have been able to close it. And, no more forms means no more forms, period. So WW can sort through them, custom or adoptions.

Although it may be easy to change a title, there are more things involved. There is saying who got accepted, who didn't, putting the orders up, and WW just doesn't have time to change it, let alone all the other stuff. She has had lots of homework and such this week.

If you want to keep arguing, I can give you another warning, which will get you temp. banned for three days.
