I think, and this is only a suggestion, if they have been inactive from the role play for so long, then you could possibly send them a private message to see if they are still willing to role play. Chances are, they may be unable to post, thus being unable to inform you guys that they could not post. However, I would not take my word for it.

*searching GOOD Hetalia roleplay* I am so sad the one about summer holiday died ;-;

Unfortunately, it seems as though Hetalia-themed role plays that are public do seem to die out rather quickly. If you are in the mood, you can always search for a role play partner that will be willing to do a one x one with the plot of your choice c: or, you could start a group role play involving only those you wish to role play with. I hope this helps? I know that public role plays based off Hetalia are particularly difficult to find (especially the good quality ones) so I think these are the next best options if you really want to role play Hetalia ~. They're just suggestions, though.

Well I am the only one who has posted an actual roleplay post (most only have their forums up). He/She has accepted pretty much everyone that has joined so far and said we could start roleplaying but nobody's replied to Allistor :\

That's most likely why the RP is going nowhere.
