question, is there a time period we have to wait before we win another plume?
i'm a non-owner, but two of the contests i entered end on the same day, for the slim chance the i win both, is that not allowed?
just wanna know if i'll have to drop out of the other if i win the one uvu

Hi, while these are good suggestions, Char rarely makes plumies upon request, especially anything specific. ^_^
You can leave a suggestion for a certain type of plumie and if it's well liked, maybe an artist will do it. Again, no promises.
Suggestions are seen more often on the Fan Club though.
