Artist Needed

Ok so as the title says I need an artist to draw me my character.Yes,I do have it in mind and yes,yes I do want it done well.I need a talented artist because my character is going to be quite hard to draw.I could draw him I would ok?But,unfortunately,I really really can't draw...at all.So just complete this form and post it here and I will choose who will draw Rebel soon..I do have a ref pic if needed.
