Dear photosynthetic writing paper-

Okay, I've got good news and I've got bad news. Good news first, because I'm feeling optimistic for some reason: The school didn't burn down! The fire was put out in time to avoid most of the damage (though there is a giant hole burned in the middle of the stage X.X I keep tripping over it when I pace around doing my dramatic soliloquy.) And Midnight rehearsals have been going great. We did a whole run through with special effects and everything without the school going up in flames! Bad news: I haven't seen Mr. Attractive Mysterious Stranger since the school fire! WHY DO ALL MY LOVE INTERESTS DISAPPEAR WHEN I'M NOT IN IMMEDIATE DANGER!?

Do you think if I tried to jump off a building he'd appear to me? Wait... I've got wings. Darn, that won't work.

Well, nothing much happened today other than more rehearsals and a Secret Sister of the Dawn meeting. (I still haven't figured out where our base is yet... O.O Lunae blindfolded me before she took me there.)

I tilted my head. What was going on here? A discussion? A debate? A heated argument? What was soon to become the biggest chick-fight in the history of the Sisters? I don't know exactly how violent the girls here are, but I think Ahi might have accidentally set the school on fire and Leliana probably murdered someone (at least if the rumors were true).

Okay, how many of you guys don't have dates to the Valentine's dance? -Divinity

Many sets of hands shot up. And that was the point where Divinity explained the situation to me: this problem happened every year. Around the Valentine's Day dance, the sisters would kind of divide into two groups to go to the dance: girls with dates and girls without dates. Usually, the girls with dates were much happier, and brighter, and joyfully singing sappy love songs as they skip down the hallway throwing rose petals around. Then the ones who don't have dates usually dress in black, put stink-bombs in people's lockers, and yell at anyone who came their way.

So, here's the lists:

Girls with dates:

Girls without dates:

Girls who are still cleaving to the hope that someone will ask them to go to the dance:

So, that was where the meeting sort of ended, as divinity said it probably wasn't a good idea to have another meeting unless we wanted to start a full scale civil war. So, that means it's nothing but Twilight rehearsals... oh, and that dance. I might not have a date, but I'll probably show up with Lunae and Sammich anyway just so I can do something other than rehearse. On our way back to our room, I started talking about it with them.

Sora, I can't believe you don't have a date. -Lunae
Neither can I. You seem like the kind of material that guys would ask to a dance. -Sammich
