Why do you want that Wolf's Rain character?:

Ever since the day I started watching Wolf's Rain, I felt some sort of connection with Kiba.
Honestly, I don't know what it was. I feel as if Kiba's personality had rubbed off on me as I
grew up. His solid personality, the way he would lead, how he cared for others, it all just
sort stuck with me. Sure, he may not have been the best leader at times, but he did what
he could to keep the others at their best. I loved to see that he actually stood up for what
he believed in, he had pride for each of his thoughts and opinions. Kiba's strong-willed but
yet he's just chill with everything - sometimes I feel like his personality clashes with itself.

Wolfs rain was one of the anime that really got me into Anime and Manga in general. I watched it out of mere curiosity when I was young because "wolves?? I like wolves. I like animes. Wolf anime." And it was really great. I loved it so much and it really affected my dive into anime in general. My favorite character was, of course, Toboe. I was so attached to the sweet little guy that Toboe became my nickname from then on. When I jumped into the internet for the first time (I didn't have a computer for most of my life. dunno how I lived without it) all my usernames had Toboe in them somewhere, and that hasn't changed ever since that fateful first night watching it. As time went on Toboe just kinda became me, and I developed a strong connection to him as a character. As much as I may get into other series and fandoms as I get older and find new things, Wolfs rain, and especially Toboe, will always have a special place in my heart,and for this reason I'd love to have a little Toboe of my own qwq

Personality-wise, I truly connect
to Toboe's shyness and youthful
demeanor. I am also very quiet
and reserved until I am
comfortable around someone.
At that point, I behave very
silly. His tragic past, a playful
act leading to the inadvertent
death of his "owner" kind of
demonstrates human nature
(yes, yes, I know they're
wolves; the point still stands).
It illustrates how innocent
actions can produce cataclysmic
outcomes. Despite this disastrous
event, Toboe's life goes on, just
as most of us do. Even if
something has caused us harm,
it is our responsibility to
continue to move forward.

Honestly, I would love any of
these Wolf's Rain Parrapups. It
is a show (as I watched the anime
well before I ever read the manga)
that truly links back to my
childhood. Well, more early teen
years, but, same difference. It
reminds me of late nights sitting
up in the dark to watch Adult Swim.
Connecting with these amazing,
mismatched characters all
searching for paradise.

Why do you want that wolfs rain character?:
Despite Wolf's Rain being one of the very first anime that I ever watched, {SPOILERS} I don't think I ever have or ever will cry as hard as I did because of an anime when Hige and Blue died together. I had a very strong attachment to each and every one of the characters in this anime, mainly Tsume and Hige. Choosing between the two which I'd rather have is difficult, but Hige always had a special place in my heart. His character, personality, and even his history just touched me, especially his relationship with Blue. I have a very dear friend of mine that I used to have a crush on, he watched this anime with me. For a while I'd refer to him as Hige and he'd call me Blue, and it was fun, so I think that's what made me choose Hige. I picked the gif that I did because out of the entire anime, that is the part that I remember most clearly. I broke down crying with happiness when I saw Hige's eyes widen and Blue come running, totally ignoring his wound and pouncing on him because they both had missed each other so much. It was by far my favorite part of the anime.

Why do you want that wolfs rain character?:
When I'd first watched Wolf's Rain. I was young and a total nerdy geek for anime. I was juts starting out. I loved Tsume for his appearance and I was basically gawking over him because of it. However, when I re-watched the series to get a better understand about its message recently. It was then I defined Tsume's character a lot more in depth along with the rest of them. Tsume was the antagonist who opposed Kiba's and everyone's views on paradise because of his past. His scar is the burden he holds closet and pushes his friends away because of what he did to them in the past. This is also why when he finds out Hige sentenced all his pack mates to death because of the collar he wore. He held a grudge against him because of it up until he hesitatingly answered Hige's plea after he was fatally wounded by Darcia. Though, through his time with the pack and Cheza. Tsume slowly starts opening up but he does return to his hard outer shell every now and again up until the pack breaks apart after they lose Kiba. He then takes after Kiba and his ideals when it was just him and Hige after Toboe decided to stay with the Native's. However, what really made my heart skip a beat and bring tears to my eyes was not only when he cried over Toboe after admitting he wanted to take him to paradise but having failed. What he said back in Episode 6: The Successors.

"Even if Hell is what we're headed towards. You people may not have been able to find Paradise, but there's absolutely no doubt in my mind... that we will." -Tsume

I fangirled at that part. Especially with the look Kiba gave him after he said it. It was identical to mine. Though, as the story continued. My admiration of Tsume as a character grew and as he progressed throughout the story up till his final moments. He was almost just as strong and determined to get to paradise as Kiba. He knew he wasn't the one to 'open' Paradise but that didn't stop him from supporting Kiba even after all the hate he'd given all of them in the beginning. He died protecting Kiba in the end, and his final words also brought me to tears. Tsume's amazing turn from a cold hearted brute to an outstanding leader and believer was what really won my heart. He still had his tough guy ego in hand but his heart had gone through some serious changing from the moments Toboe showed him kindness, to Cheza touching his scar and his spite towards her dying. Also, when he reached for Hubb as he fell. Those were only to list a few. Tsume was the prime example of a true friend who would never leave your or abandon you. He'd learned that vital lesson from a tragic mistake that he wears on his chest. I admire Tsume for his cause, character, and personality, and no longer just for his looks. He was the glue that held everyone together after he'd been the same one to always tare them apart when their journey began. Least to say, he took after Toboe in some ways when it came to the pack but over all. He was one hell of a wolf.

Why do you want that wolfs rain character? ;; I'll try to keep this shorter than I'd like it to be, since I wouldn't want to bore you. uwu

Wolf's Rain was one of the first anime's that I had actually bothered to get into, besides the more popular ones such as Pokemon. Actually, I was believe it was the fourth anime I had watched. Inuyasha, Pokemon, Hetalia, then Wolf's Rain. And goodness, this show affected me on an emotional level. I connected with most of the characters, but I had taken a liking to Tsume. Yes, I drooled over Hige, but I respected Tsume as his own individual. For some reason, I admired that Tsume had a certain stubborness and seemed to be strong-willed. He didn't seem to like sticking with groups, and as his wiki states, was 'a stereotypical angry anime loner'. In a sense he reminds me of some people in my family, who tend to be a little stubborn when it comes down to certain things. Overall, he was probably my most-liked character... Probably due to fact he doesn't take 'you know what' from anyone.

is to die for - a parrapup i could only dream of owning. in fact, when i was
looking through the parrapup main page, [i'm new to this community, i wish
i'd found these cuties before!] i saw this parra. 'is that...' i said to myself as
i stared at it. 'kiba...?' i had assumed it was a custom - but i clicked anyway.
when i saw the rest of the wolf's rain parras, i knew it was kiba. so when i
scrolled down, i saw it was up for adoption, along with the other wolf's rain
parrapups. i copied the form instantly, then read through the main post, and
posted my form [after coding it]. as usual, i wanted it to be an impress me,
but with the little time on my hands that i have, i wouldn't be able to finish
my form if it was an impress me. i knew this was the parrapup for me - no
other has really 'clicked' with me. but a kiba-themed parra? surely i must be
dreaming. wolf's rain is my all-time favourite anime, always has been and
always will be. i love the story and.. well, everything about this anime. i like
all the characters, but kiba, since i started the series, was by far my favourite.
i remember i posted on this group chat with a few real life friends of mine,
with a picture of kiba, and i said 'that is my husband.' every time i watched
an episode, i was always fangirling over kiba. his personality and looks are
amazing. what isn't there to love about kiba? - wip.
