This is a Dia De Los Muertos Theme. Its a Mexican holiday called Day of the dead is focused on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember friends and family members who have died. It is particularly celebrated in Mexico where the day is a bank holiday. The celebration takes place on October 31, November 1 and November 2, in connection with the triduum of Hallowtide: All Hallows' Eve, Hallowmas, and All Souls' Day. (I love this holiday)

She is the high honored spirit of the very holiday she embellishes herself with. The Doña can be very social, especially for any fiesta, but can almost always be found alone in various grave sites. Although the dead can be hard to speak with, she finds them the best company. She never feels alone when there are souls and spirits all around her.
