Will we be able to buy and sell equidae later?

Can we make breeding associations after, say, one of our horses wins a competition, and an association hasn't been made for that breed? and maybe the person who owns the highest skilled horse in a popular breed can be president of the association?
Just a thought, because it would be cool to say stuff like "My horse, Seize They Day, is Registered in EBA" [Which would be Equidae Brabant Association]

I personally love this idea <3 A good way for people who want to breed their horses with those of the same breed but can't find any others and, of course, bragging rights. ^^ Perhaps for the associations your horse would have had to have won a certain number of competitions or have a certain amount of points?
