Silverkit woke up. She didn't want to. She wanted to just keeping sleeping. Groggily, she stood up and slowly walked to the fresh kill pile.

Owlwing swished his tail. He quietly stalked a squirrel. He leaped at it and caught it. Another successful catch. He picked up his other prey; a crow and a mouse. He carried the prey back to camp, dropped it on the fresh-kill pile, and padded over to Goldenpool.

Perking up, Silverkit walked over to Owlwing. "Owlwing guess what?" She mewed, looking at her squirrel, which wasn't eaten yet.

when she was done with her vole she looks over to Owlwing smiling she stayed were she was seeing Silverkit taking to the hansome tom
