(I apologize. I haven't been motivated since I hit writer's block.)

A shift in the cold wind was all that it took. He never had the best tracking nose, but he could smell it- The way the cold air scorched his nostrils was akin to flame, but it was unmistakable, the scent of different wolves colliding into one. "I can tell," Lykaios hummed. "Haven't the pack wolves gotten their fill of messing with us loners?" He turned his head to the left, over his shoulder, as he watched furry ears disappear underneath the snow like a pebble sinking into deep waters. His face was one of disdain, before he turned his whole body to face what he had caught a glimpse of earlier. "Come out, pack wolf." He demanded, voice calm and eyes critical, analyzing.

Jasmine silently screamed at herself. She shouldn't have come back. But her head was confused. It shouldn't be a big deal to just come out and ask some questions. But there was two.. it was him and another. She remained in her place and kept silent. Her heart pounded in her chest. Her head throbbed and she was somewhat tired and her eyelids wanted to close. She tried to keep her eyes open and keep alert. But sleep was pulling her under. Excitement and stress, made.her drowsy. And eventually, she fell asleep.

Fell dipped her head beneath her sholders as she turned to face the direction of the pack wolf. Her ears pinned back against her head mostly just from instinct. Fell narrowed her eyes at the pack wolf unsure why they decided to hide even when first called out. Cautiously she made her way towards the wolf finding the fae fast asleep where she was hiding. Well now she knows why the fae wolf didn't repsond to them. Her defensive stance changed to that of relaxed boredom and looked back at Lykiaos "she's asleep" she said almost flatly. The dark fae wolf stood over the stranger as he slept unsure if she should wake her or not, it was never a good idea to fall asleep in the middle of the forest with the threat of a violet storm. Sure they may not have been that far from the main camp (as stated by previous wolves) but storms had tendency to blind a wolf of all of their senses; creating a labyrinth of the forest some wolves refer to as home. But on the other paw. If Fell were to wake the wolf she would not have any hint of how this fae wolf would react. She didn't know Fell and Fell was but a loner, a threat and a target for pack wolves. Besides waking a stranger wolves could easily get on hurt or even killed. So fell only backed up a few feet to were she was once again standing close by where Lykiaos stood, never taking her eyes of the sleeping she-wolf.

Jasmine awoke slowly. Her eyes droopy and foggy and she didn't remember where she was or why. Her blue eyes peeked up above the snow that had surrounded her. She shivered and shook the snow off her fur. She stood up, blinking a few times so she could see clearly. She turned around and say Fell and Lykaios. She froze instantly. She still had no memory about why she was here or what she came for. But it was two lone wolves that stood before her. She didn't growl nor flatten her ears back or make any body movement that would suggest hostility. She posed no threat to anyone. Her gaze fell upon the she wolf, Fell, who stood not too far nor too close to her, her eye steady on Jasmine.

Lykaios snorted as soon as Fell mentioned she was asleep. What kind of wolf slept buried deep into the snow? Despite the scent was vaguely that of a pack wolf's and he had no problems with the pack of this area, he had half a mind to go and bury the sleeping wolf completely. He took a few steps forward, before pausing as he reconsidered the thought. While it is amusing, he couldn't just go ahead and let the wolf freeze to death- After all, if he was found culprit by the wolf's pack, he'd definitely be in trouble.
"Sleeping in front of loners?" He finally responded with a flick of his ears. "That's a pathetic move- I could kill the pack wolf if I wanted to." He stated, just before the she-wolf woken up as quickly as she had fallen asleep, rising to her feet. He watched her with a hint of amusement in his eyes. "You're lucky we- No, I had second thoughts about burying you deep within the snow that I slept." He said.

"Well, why didn't you then? You had the choice, you could have done it. Not like anybody cares if I was missing or dead anyways." She stated plainly. "You scared of something? There a reason you didn't bury me in the snow?" She questioned. "You're pathetic if you mention thoughts or wants of burying me when you clearly had the chance. You could have taken it and just as easily killed me." She huffed at the brute. She stood tall, her ears pointed on alert for any signs of anything.

Lykaios grinned- One full of his teeth as he chortled softly. He walked over to her in an effortless pace to stand next besides Fell, with head held high in the way alphas would hold their own. "You were the wolf who backed off against me, weren't you? I had every right to kill you if I wanted to, but even then, I know it's not nice to have a pack breathing down your back. Been in the situation before for treading on their..." He paused as his eyes flickered. "Hunting grounds. Say it as you like, but aren't pack members supposed to watch over one another? It'd be awfully sad if they didn't."
His eyes turned cold for a moment, only to fade as he snarled and snapped his teeth together. He soon recollected himself, and smiled at her in a strange way- Almost prideful. "Besides, isn't the pathetic one you? After all, falling asleep in front of loners and hesitating to attack one would surely cause death- That is, if I thought with my teeth instead. But like I said back during the confrontation, I have no qualm with you- Nor your pack members. I know a thing or two about surviving and how NOT to make enemies."

Jasmine just shook her head. She wanted to make a snotty comeback but she didn't know how to word it and she honestly didn't have any words for him. She felt angered inside. For what, she did nit know. Anger pitted in her stomach and licked at her throat. She wanted to unleash it upon the lone wolf. She took note as to how he stood next to the fae but then her gaze snapped back to that if the face of Lykaios. "I have no words for you." Was all she stated.
