History: Juniper has not lived that best life. Sold to a slaughter house, she was beaten and tossed around, no one wanting to take her due to her emaciated condition. She eventually ended up in action where a gentleman purchased her for a cart horse. The thin emaciated mare cowered from all hand movements and became once again the object of abuse. She was beaten until she submitted to the cart owner and began a life essentially as a mule. She ended up here after starving nearly to death on the ranch, blind in her left eye she can be very skittish but has learned to wear a saddle and has become a trustworthy jumping horse.
