someone steals the lines for fear's ( the linearts) without permission- what do you do? i will first ask them to take it down or delete it wherever they posted it, if they dont then i will report them

is there like a specific time people get accepted and you do it all at the same time? or is it just like going around accepting/declining the staff forms when you see them?
