Other: for the anitmation can the ice cream be dripping? and the chibi wing LA, for the wings could they be the same color of the body with ice cream dripping from them? and also you dont have to do the litte designs on the tail and feet since they are very detailed and small, (if you can't do the ice cream dripping animation could it just look like its dripping but not actually animated and for the animation the sprinkles changing colors)

Picture/Detailed description: Star-Lord (from the Guardians of the Galaxy movie)
Mask and red jacket are the most important parts of the custom, anything else is gravy. The trousers are dark grey and the boots are brown (not sure if that's relevent?) unless you want to make the tail brown and the bottom part dark grey? The harness is entirely optional, if it's too much work you can leave it out and just have the red jacket
