Injections are not open and will not be for some time. Their prices are going to skyrocket (for all of them), and will be very limited. I don't know if any rules will change for them yet.
That's also rather off-topic.
You should have made a thread on Arcadia, in the help section.

ok sorry thanks for telling me
I won't be as active as I used to be, I was going to quit, but I really would prefer to stay. Will only be on once a month or more depending on my work schedule. I truly love adopting the pets and seeing the beautiful patterns and designs.
