So this boy is based somewhat on an eel with its glowing eyes gills and tail markings. The wings have a crow like look to them fading from green purple and blue in certain lights. I tried to capture that with this drawing. I placed some white markings as he needed something bright other then his other markings to draw the eyes. The tail hints to this as well.
