Prussia is not a country anymore and hasn't been for quite some time. There has been no sign, no indication that it will ever become a nation again, unfortunately. The Prussian flag is in there with the rest of the "I speak" stamps because it is a language. It's not yet dead, so it is still learnable, just as Latin is. People can very much speak Prussian-German [ or, whatever you wish to call it ], so I believe that is why the CS team decided to add it to the languages section of the stamps.
I don't think it is going to be like Poland where it disbanded, and then became a nation once again.

Anyway, I have a question to ask all of you. I've been wondering this for awhile, since we don't really discuss much about head canons here, so I hope you don't mind this little conversation starter?

I actually have quite a few head canons. Here, I will list them off for you guys:
- one of my major head canons is that Veneziano Italy isn't actually as weak and cowardly as he makes himself lot it be. He's gone through a lot is a child, because he is a country, and I have come it believe that he is, in fact, very sad. He hates being a country, he hates the life that he was chosen by fate to lead, and all he wants is to be human and be able to do the things humans did. I guess I got this from an absolutely beautiful doujinshi called "Der Erste Stern"; it seemed so realistic that I came to believe, in my imagination, that it would be true, and not just for Veneziano, but for the other countries, as well. I mean, they lead these excruciatingly long lives, and they go through and see so much, who is to say they wouldn't be so sad? I think these lives really wear on them, but they can't do anything about, they can't carnage anything. It was also stated in season 5 of Hetalia that Veneziano defeated the Ottoman Empire when he tried it take control of his half of the country, so this is what lead me to think that he really isn't as weak as he may seem, or make himself out to be. He probably doesn't like violence, bloodshed, or any of that, but I think if the need arose, and he absolutely needed to, then he would fight. And he'd be a damn good fighter, too, at least, with a sword. And that, despite how naïve and innocent he may act, and how stupidly idiotic others say he is, I don't think that is the case. I think he is hiding how he truly feels behind this mask of blissful ignorance and all. I think he is truly afraid to show the other countries how he really feels about wars and the like, and that he really does know and understand everything that is going in around him. And that he does this by, not only acting ignorant to everything, but also by keeping his eyes closed. Because if he opens his eyes, then the others will see how he feels.
It probably isn't true, but that is one of my major head canons.

- Even though Prussia acts like an absolute idiot, always saying that he is "awesome" and whatnot, I like it think that he is actually sad, depressed, even. I think this because he is no longer a country, and he has to sit back and watch his younger brother take control. Prussia misses being of importance to the world, and sometimes wished he has just disbanded like all the other former nations did because that is how it was supposed to work. But then, he also loves and cherishes still being in the world because he has Germany, his younger brother, who is always there for him. He doesn't want to leave his brother behind, and then he also has his friends, too, and he would hate to lose that. So, all in all, I think Prussia is conflicted sometimes, and can, at times, feel a tad lonely.

- I think Romano Italy is lonely, even though he has his brother and Antonio with him. I think he feels this way a lot because he still feels that he is not wanted by the others around him, and this came about when Grandpa Rome was still around. Rome never really paid much attention to him, and Spain, at first, wasn't truly satisfied with Romano being his maid/servant. He is also highly jealous of Veneziano because of the attention that he gets and how cheery and open he can be to the other nations.

- I also think that Romano hates Germany so much because, not only because of the war, but because he remind him so much of Holy Rome, who ended up breaking Veneziano's heart. And Romano doesn't want Veneziano to get hurt again.

- So, we all know that Russia has had a bad past, and therefore has become somewhat of a psychopath of sorts, yes? I think that he just wishes for somebody to love him like a mother, father, or sibling would. Russia just wants to have a family, to make up for the sisters who didn't really give him said kind of love. Of course, they love him, adore him, but that isn't exactly what he is looking for. In short, I think Russia just needs somebody to be there for him like a sibling would be.

- And that Spain actually has a darker side to him. That's already been confirmed by the author, though.

I have more, but I just can't think of any others at the moment. So, do you guys have any head canons?
