Any experience?
Yes, I'm currently a mod of an ongoing semi-lit RP thread and I have been a co-admin for several websites, all of which are now closed due to the expenses to keep the url and to keep them running.
How often are you on?
I'm on virtually everyday, even if it's only for a few minutes, I manage to get time on here.
Will you be committed?
As committed as I can be, yes.

"Awe a staff member joined... I am SO dropping from this it's obvious I won't win -_-"
Reply:
Just because a staff member joined doesn't mean they will automatically win. Many if not all artists know better than to favor players simply because they work together, so you still have as good a chance as anyone else.

"Hey I drew one of these! Can it be an adoptable?"
Reply:
I'm sorry to tell you this, but only artists determine what can and will become an adoptable.

"OMG can an artist PLEASE make me a custom?! I'll pay really well with a very rare and a rare! It would mean a lot to me since no one seems to pick me for adoptables:("

Unfortunately, the CNP artists aren't doing customs at this time, as stated in the rules. No need for bribery and sob stories, just keep trying and I'm sure you'll win an adopt eventually
